Greeaatttt!!!!

This place is the bomb. We totalaly enjoyed our stay. Garden City is not as busy as Mrytle Beach. Great view from balcony, great beach, close to pier and easy access to Rt 17. Room was in great shape has everything you need dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, washer & dyrer. Best part is getting up early for sunrise and walking the beach!

Awesome sunrises

We knew we would be 'near' the beach and were delighted to find the balcony is almost over the beach. Not the newest building on the street (apparently its one of the few that survived hurricane Hugo some years back - photos in the pier shop) but it has been well looked after. Under cover parking and an elevator were a bonus. Unit (timeshare exchange) was big, clean and comfortable. Problem with A/C and it took just around 15 minutes for the engineer to arrive after I called front desk. Beach is superb (we did get put off going out too far into the sea after seeing the sharks circling the pier) and was quiet. Only downside is that there are few eating places within walking distance, though 5 minutes drive gives great choice - how can you ignore such great seafood so close to the ocean?
Would we go back - without doubt - YES.
